Today is someone's very special day.. it's my cousin's Birthday =D finally she caught up with me and I can't brag about the fact that I'm older (not that I do). when she was born 19 years ago on this same day I was about 4 months old and was introduced to a baby that would be a big part of my life now. In a way she's really the sister I never had + we have blood connection :P
Let's just stop for a moment and do the right thing here :

Bow To Your Queen

I don't want to be anything other than what I've been trying to be lately..All I have to do is think of me and I have peace of mind..I'm tired of looking round rooms wondering what I gotta do Or who I'm supposed to be..I don't want to be anything other than me


Today we went to Medieval Times restarant with a live show with knights and horses. When we first came in the gave us crowns and there were a couple of colors,represent the knight you'll be cheering for... ours was GREEN !!! => then we were seated (our seats were Royal seats so we sat in the front) after we sat down a waiter came and told us that we'll be eating with out hands and the only tissue we'll have is the one placed in front of us (on the table there were plats, a programe book & a flag the color of your knight) I didn't like the whole eating with my hands thing =S how was I supossed to eat and I didn't know what kind of food they're gonna serve. so they brought the food while the show was on and first they brought the soup which we drank from the bowl then they brought the main dish which was half a chicken, rip meat & baked potato and there were no forks no knives no nothing !!! I tried to eat and cheer at the same time :P. The knights were competing in medieval sports so when the knight win the princess gives him a couple of flowers and then he'd through it to his audience, but of course he didn't throw any our way. But with the last sport the princess tied a ribbon on each knight sword (ya know the long wooden thing) and then the knight would give it to some one form the audience....and believe it or not he gave it to me =D looolz and on it was written "The Queen Of Love & Beauty" then came one of the guys that work there and took a pic of me and the ribbon =>. But at then end our knight reached the final but lost =\ what can I say, he's blonde :P. but it was really fun the whole cheering and not the food :P

I'm (not) Like You

I don't care about the summer break..Don't know much about love And I don't care about the look of my hair coz I'm not like you And I don't fit in too much with the cliques This is what I've been told..I took a walk on the wild side of life coz I'm not like you



the other day while we were in a shop a woman told me "your scarf is pretty" I said thanks I wanted to tell her that it wasn't a scarf, it's a vail but didn't then she asked what it's made of I said I didn't know then she said "it's pretty and you're so pretty as well" and touched my shoulder with a big smile of course I was blushing as usual and said thanks and walked away =/ looolz. Today also in a shop I was looking at some DVDs then this man next to me started talking, I didn't hear what he said so I said "excuse me" then he said "it's cute what you're wearing" and pointed at my vail and unlike the first time I told him "thanks it's a vail, Muslims women must wear it" and then he said "do you wear it all the time?" "hmm...I guess" "even when you sleep?" "no no not ALL the time.. you can take it off in front of women and close family members like fathers, brothers and husbands" "yeah I got it..I like reading and watching TV and learning about these things" then he reached out his hand to shake mine and I shook his hand and he said "it was really very nice to meet you" and walked away. He was wearing like a police uniform or security.

I dunno I think that's kinda weird..maybe coz it's the first time we travel somewhere besides Dubai after I wore the vail

Today also happens to be my bro's birthday (he turned 17) and he wanted to go to Universal Studios and so we did, but it was no DisneyLand :P. Still it had good rides like the jurassic park water slide (it was steep..the way I like it) also there was a rollercoaster for the movie The Mummy which was cool and the thing I liked about it is it was also in the dark and it goes backward is well but the only down side is it's short. there was also a tour where they showed us the studios were the movies and shows were shot and there was also a Live version of Fear Factor and the poor contestants had to drink a shake made of fish guts, pig part, sour milk & grasshoppers, I got so grossed out and disgusted I really dunno how they managed to drink it =X.

My new fave food is churros, it's really fun =>.

I can't wait to see the 2nd season of The O.C =D.

P.S: I wrote this thing 2 times and everytime the whole site crashes =/ that's why I may sound abit not-so-excited. Again, Happy Birthday Sweety :*.

To Infinity And Beyond

It's a world of laughter, a world of tears its a world of hopes, its a world of fear theres so much that we share that its time we're aware its a small world after all


Today we went to Disney Land and it was amazing, way better than California's Adventure and it was very crowded but every ride was a joy, it really was the happiest place on Earth.
They had a buzz lightyear game and you had to shoot Zorug (the bad guy) I liked it => I like Toy Story =D it's so rad !!! The famous space mountain ride was great, this was the first time I rode it and basically it's a rollercoaster in dark, you can't see anything just tiny light that look like stars. But my fave ride and the one which had the longest line was the Indiana Jones ride it's just WOW you feel like you're part of the movie, it's just well made.
And what won the cake was the fireworks..The fireworks that we saw when we were in California Adventure was actually in Disney Land (which is right across it). it started @ 9:30 pm all the lights went out and the lights on the sleeping beauty castle was changing and then the story began, it so amazing and it was LONG and each fire work was a story. the show actually began with Julie Andrews saying "Once upon a time.." it's so amazing that was the first time I see fireworks that had story with every blast. I really felt like a lil kid again and somehow I got so caught in it I swear I thought I was dreaming, it was so beautiful and my fave thing in the whole park and it's defiantly worth it!!!! I wouldn't mind going there again just to watch the fireworks, I really felt like I was in a different world. lols I was so caught up that I started believing what Julie Andrews was saying "whish upon a falling star & your dreams will come true" and there were fireworks that were like shooting stars which just made you live the moment.

of all the things I've seen..that was the best so far =)

Totally Sweet Dude !!

A whole new world a new fantastic point of view no one to tell us no or where to go or say we're only dreaming...A whole new world a dazzling place I never knew but now from way up here it's crystal clear that now I'm in a whole new world with you


yeah you guessed it today we went to Disney's California Adventure =D it's way smaller than the parks in Orlando but it was really fun it made me feel like I'm a kid again

we rode this ride it's like "eldrdor" except in this 1 you get wet, really wet !! and of course I was the one who got socked the most. at first it was fun but as the day went by the weather got colder since it wasn't that sunny and my jeans were full of water they got darker and heavier and they didn't dry til the end of the day which sucked coz I was so cold.
1 of my fave rides was the tower of terror which is haunted hotel by these people who died in an elevator when it fell on a stormy day and then we go to try a service elevator to the hotel for the fist time and of course since the hotel is haunted the elevator drops 12 stories down =D it's soo cool. We also went to see an Aladdin musical show which just made me LOVE IT MORE..it really make it better when you see a live show, Genie was SO FUNNY saying jokes that are up to date and the whole aladdin jasmine thing was soooooo romantic I was smiling from ear to ear the whole time, it really touched me lool.
At noon there was a show in the street and the characters of Toy Story were there !! but of course my parents didn't let me watch >:( I was so pissed off. and at 9 pm sharp there was another show on the street and there were alot of characters: Cinderella, peterpan..ect and everything was attached to tiny lights which made it it just so SHiNeY after that was finished the fireworks started and it was like nothing you see in Kuwait, there were even fireworks shaped like mickey mouse..but of course my parents know how to ruine everything, they didn't let us see the fireworks when it ended (it took about 10 minutes or even more maybe 15 minutes) it was so amazing, lighted up the whole sky.
o yeah I forgot there was also an interactive show where you can talk to Crash from Finding Nemo and he was funny and of course Dori had to show up =D I like these 2

L.A Is So Rad =D

Everytime I breathe I take you in and my heart beats again,baby I can't help it you keep me drowning in your love..and everytime I try to rise above I'm swept away by love, baby I can't help it you keep me drowning in your love


today was soooo much fun.. we went to see the hollywood walk of fame and let me tell ya it's very looooooooong maybe not that long but it's longer than what I had imagined and it has ALOT of names of course I didn't know most of them. So we continued walking till we reached the Chinese theater where all the famous foot & hand prints are. it was so fun =D specially when you put your hands or feet on the prints, I think I took a lot of pix :PAnd while walking I saw way back in the mountains the Hollywood sign =D
we spent the whole day there in 1 street can you imagine!! and it's crowded, lotsa people!! my mom didn't like the people that much she said they looked scary looolz coz they're punk, ya know black clothes colored hair tattoos loolz I thought that was funny.
Also while we're walking a couple of people or shop owners would say "salam alaikom" lolz I dunno if they're mocking us or what, but near the chinese theater a couple asked me to take their photo and after I did they said shokran loolz I was like huh and then they were trying to speak arabic which was awkward and funny they were saying slama alaikom and shokryat loolz I gave them their camera and said yeah thanks welcome bye (I was so confused coz they were all smiling and excited loolz)

LA is great the weather is WOOOOOOOOOW it's AMAZING !!!! in the morning it's sunny but cool and as the day passes the weather gets better and better and at night it's kinda cold. and the palm trees here are just BEAUTIFUL!! they're tall and look really good

I hate hotmail !!!!!!! my mailbox just won't open >:\ hotmail is nothin but a piece of shit

California Here We Are

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I finally found an internet access =D


woooow these days since I've left Kuwait's been CrAzY.. I'm soooooooo jet-lag

first our trip from Dubai to NYC was well GREAT I liked it the plain was amazing =) this is the first time I enjoy and sleep in a plain. I completly lost track of time. But it seems that jet-lag makes me extra sleepy coz ya see on the plain I was the one who slept the most and when we arrived in NYC and checked in the hotel of course we all went to sleep but I was the first one to hit the pillow and was the last one to wake up the morning after. We didn't see anything in New York coz we only stayed the night and our hotel was near the airport. Our flight from NYC to LA took about 5-6 hours which was ok, I spent most of it reading (surprisingly, right? :P).

Then we went to get our rental car and drove from LA to Garden Grove, that's where our hotel is. So Anyhow my dad gave me the map to give him directions which was a big mistake coz I get sick if I read in a car, but I thought that this time it won't happened and I was excited coz it's the first time I give directions from a map, but of course I started panicing coz I didn't know what I was doing. O and here's a side note, we arrived around 2 or 3 pm here in LA and we were on our way looking for the hotel since 4 pm and we didn't find it till around 6:30 pm. I was so tired, my head was spinning so much and my stomach was just a different story, I was about to break down and cry..I HATE IT WHEN I'M JET-LAG!!!!!!!!!! and of course my dad being a stubborn male didn't stop and ask for dirctions even though we had 3 maps !!. 1 paper map & 2 maps on the laptop & 1 of them was with a GPS !!!!!

Now they left to have dinner I'm so tired and my head's still spinning there was noway I'd go with them
gosh I'm so jet-lag I'm gonna go get some rest (the thing is I can't get to sleep coz it's still like 7 or 8 pm here... I'm so jet-lag I lost track of the days & time)

I know the whole entry is messed up...but I'm so messed up right now, so talk to ya later


P.S: on our "way" to the hotel was "accidentlly" went to New Port (new port as in new port beach The O.C :P)

P.S.S: can you believe this is the 2nd time I write this entry !! 1st time the connection crashed >:( so I had to write the whole thing AGAIN...and I'm so jet-lag damn it !!!!

This Is It..

I need some time to find myself within me and I need sometime to find true love..but if I don't then I won't stop trying and if I don't then I won't live lying...what do people really want, they wanna be happy... I wanna be happy

this is it..today's my last day here before I leave I know I've been saying all through the summer semester how I can't wait for it to be over and then I can travel but now that it's so soon I feel like I don't wanna go.. I dunno why I just wanna stay here..home..in my room..in my country
but on the other hand I need to get away I feel like I wanna be by myself with no one I know (except my family of course) I wanna be out of touch.. I wanna appreciate the things I have here that's why I wanna leave I wanna appreciate my friends and every thing else and I need some solitude to observe everything around me... kinda leave all the pain and sorrow behind , start fresh

I hate these feelings...I wanna go but I don't wanna go at the same time
but the thing is I dunno why unlike every time we travel I'm not looking forward to it this time

I'm so depressed while I should be happy [song]
